What we shipped, and when.
Every Kaltreon release, dated and tagged with the surface area it touched — drift detection, recalibration routines, alert triage, API endpoints, compliance packets. Newest first; each entry links into the deeper surface where the live artifact lives.
The integrator-facing REST reference is now live at `/docs/api`, with three documented read endpoints (sensor status, drift events, compliance report metadata) backed by synthetic sample payloads and copy-to-clipboard. The same surface ships a `/demo` hub that links to the live sample report, the dashboard sign-in, and `/docs/api` itself.

Operators can now invite teammates by email from the organization settings page, with a role select and an owner-gated invite control. The roster splits Accepted from Pending, and every invite + acceptance lands in the audit trail alongside the existing drift and recalibration events.

A signed-in report archive surfaces every compliance packet the platform has produced, with a date-range filter, per-row View Sheet (same renderer as `/demo/report`), and per-row Download PDF action powered by the platform PDF module. Sealed / Superseded / Draft lifecycle is visible in the list, and the underlying audit chain is unchanged.

A dedicated surface on the dashboard where operators dial the drift threshold per sensor and per fleet, with a live preview of the alerts that would fire at the new setting.

A new REST endpoint projects the next 30 days of expected calibration activity per sensor, and the same forecast lands as a dashboard widget so an operator can plan a maintenance window before the alert fires.

Every drift alert now lands in an operator-owned triage queue with severity routing (info / warning / critical), assignment, and the full dismiss / escalate / assign / unassign state machine — mirrored on the public events API so a CMMS can subscribe to the same transitions.

The four targeted recalibration routines the agent dispatches are now live in production — boresight rerun, cavity sweep, timing-skew fix, and phantom-target recheck — each fired only on the affected channel so the rest of the platform stays live.

Always-on drift detection rolls out across the fleet with a default 0.45 threshold per sensor. The agent identifies the affected channel the moment the rolling metric crosses the threshold and queues a targeted recalibration — no calendar event, no manual sweep.

The public REST API goes live with the same wire contract the dashboard uses — radar frames, the recalibration write surface, the fleet roster, alert triage, archived compliance reports, and the 30-day forecast. Every endpoint ships with sample request, sample response, and integrator notes.

The compliance engine ships signed PDF packets for the three regulator templates AV / Tier-1 procurement teams ask about most — ECE R79 (steering), ISO 26262 (functional safety), and NHTSA (FMVSS reporting) — with a matching JSON source so a reviewer can audit the field-by-field mapping.
